We recommend using Amazon Payments, as it facilitates instant payment and offers anti-fraud protection. When a service is reserved then both the buyer (renter) and owner are sent confirmation emails with details and transactions. |

In your igoeast.com account you can use the refund tool to do a partial or full refund to customer once a transaction is completed. Refund policies are standardized on the check out page. |

There is no listing fee. However there is 5% transaction fee, plus small Amazon Payments fee.
Qualified vendors can apply for the following monthly volume/wholesale discounts for transactions: $1k to $5K per month there will be 3%.transaction fee. $5K & above per month there will be 2% transaction fee.
